This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the rules for working with services provided by Individual Entrepreneur Tsarev Andrey Igorevich (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The Policy is mandatory for all clients and is aimed at ensuring legality, security, and infrastructure stability. By using the Company's services, the Client confirms their agreement with this Policy.
1.1. The Client must use the services responsibly, without violating the rights and interests of other users, and without creating a threat to the stability and security of the platform.
1.2. The Client must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and international standards.
1.3. The Client is solely responsible for protecting their data, accounts, and software, including using up-to-date updates and proper information security measures.
1.4. In case of identifying security incidents or suspicious activity, the Client must immediately notify the Company's support service.
2.1. Using services for purposes contrary to legislation and the Company's service conditions.
2.2. Conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, password brute-forcing, exploiting vulnerabilities, distributing malicious software, participating in botnets.
2.3. Mass mailing of messages without recipients' consent, using purchased or collected contact lists, spam mailing of any kind.
2.4. Posting or distributing illegal, copyright-infringing, deceptive, or defamatory content.
2.5. Phishing, data forgery, identity theft, registration using false information.
2.6. Prolonged use of allocated resources (CPU, RAM, I/O) at a level that threatens the normal operation of other clients.
2.7. Cryptocurrency mining without prior written consent from the Company.
2.8. Actions that may damage the reputation or infrastructure of the Company.
2.9. Use of services by individuals and organizations included in sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, United Kingdom, etc.).
3.1. Virtual servers use shared computing resources distributed among clients. Short-term load peaks are allowed, but constant loading of all vCPUs at 100% is not permitted.
3.2. CPU Usage Policy (vCPU guarantees and limits):
3.3. Limit Exceeding: If a client's load systematically exceeds established norms, the Company has the right to limit resources, offer a transition to a higher plan, or take other measures to restore stable operation.
3.4. No Response: If the client ignores the Company's requests to reduce the load, the Company may unilaterally transfer the service to a higher pricing plan and/or block the server until violations are eliminated.
3.5. Disk and network resource usage should be within reasonable limits. For high-load applications, implementation of caching and optimization is recommended.
4.1. Traffic is provided unlimited, but excessive use that negatively affects network operation and other clients is prohibited.
4.2. In case of exceeding acceptable norms, bandwidth may be limited to 10–100 Mbps depending on the plan until the end of the billing period.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to monitor network activity to ensure compliance with this Policy.
5.1. To protect against abuse, outgoing SMTP ports (25, 465) are closed by default.
5.2. On promotional plans*, opening ports 25 and 465 is not possible, reverse DNS records are not provided.
5.3. On standard plans, opening is possible upon request after additional verification.
5.4. The Client must maintain correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and comply with mailing legislation (recipient consent, opt-out option).
6.1. The Client must provide accurate and current contact information during registration and use it for communication.
6.2. Use of temporary or disposable email addresses is prohibited.
6.3. Contact information must be updated within 7 (seven) days from the moment of its change.
7.1. In case of service compromise or their participation in violations, the Company has the right to suspend or limit their operation with client notification (when possible).
7.2. The Client must promptly eliminate vulnerabilities, perform software reinstallation, and change credentials at the Company's request.
7.3. The Client must cooperate during incident investigations and provide necessary data within the limits established by law.
8.1. Depending on the nature of the violation, the Company has the right to:
8.2. In emergency cases (network threat, security, or third parties), measures may be applied immediately, without prior notice.
8.3. Repeated or gross violations lead to final termination of service.
9.1. Complaints about violations are sent to abuse@u1host.com with indication of incident time, logs, and affected IPs/domains.
9.2. The Company reviews all appeals and interacts with clients to eliminate violations.
9.3. Intentional false complaints are considered abuse and may lead to account suspension.
10.1. The Company reserves the right to change this Policy due to changes in legislation, technology, or service conditions.
10.2. The updated version is published on the official website. Continued use of services after the changes come into force means the Client's agreement with the new version.
